Success Story

We have always loved cooking and feeding people. Making people happy with food is the way we show love. Starting with my first smoker in 2016 we began feeding friends and family. From there it was filling request for some of our creations. In 2022 we decided to try our hand at competition BBQ and were hooked quickly. In 2023 we continued selling bbq and competed in 18 events. Now it is time to bring our BBQ to you.

From Our Menu

Package Options

Standard Package feeds 15-20 people. Includes ~1/2lb of meat per person and side count listed. Seasoning can be Texas style, TexMex or Cajun. Please multiply orders accordingly. Sides are listed below with their add-on price but will be included as listed. Deserts are list price. Extra sides, beef "Dino" ribs, turkey, tamales and others are listed prices. All prices subject to change and will be discussed before your order is finalized. Orders include pickles, onions, bread (chopped will come with buns), jalapenos, napkins, plates, cutlery and serving utensils. Don't forget all orders are subject to Uncle Sams fee of 8.25%.
